THE CENTRAL FACILITIES IN PANDA (CFP)
The CFP (Central Facilities in Panda) are an integrated facility complex for multiple purposes. Their aim is to:
- Manufacture various foundry, machining, boilermaking, welding, rubber-forging and rubber-extraction pieces, and plastic materials.
- Renovate thermal motors (vehicles) and machines and other electrical equipment (motors, transformers, and alternators).
- Provide various services: detect electric-cable defects and various other interventions (such as medical, cold and air-conditioning, and reprography equipment), and produce and provide oxygen and nitrogen.

ROLLING MILLS AND CABLING (RMC)
The aim of the Rolling Mills and Cabling is to:
- Manufacture non-ferrous metal products, primarily copper, and their alloys, namely: sheet metal, rods, profiles, electrical wires, and cables, as well as accessories for electrical cables.

COAL MINES IN LUENA (CML)
The coal mines in Luena produce commercial carbon. For these purposes, they have several quarries and a coal-washing facility.
CRUSHED STONE FACTORY IN KATONTO (KTT)
The crushed stone factory in Katonto produces aggregates in all sizes: gravels and sands.
Katonto's aggregates are the most suitable products for building and maintaining metallurgical factories, as well as for filtering and producing water.

AGRO PASTORAL (AGP)
The aim of Agro-Pastoral is to ensure the direct production of food and crops, primarily corn and meat products in order to provide Gécamines workers and the surrounding populations with a domestic food supply.
FLOUR MILLS (FM)
The main activity of the Flour Mills is to produce cornflour and its derivatives. They may also produce cassava flour, wheat flour, and cattle feed and oils.
